Grains

Berries are the food grade whole kernels.

Many Grains such as oats, spelt, sunflowers and buckwheat have an outer shell protecting the grain.

We use our own de-hulling machines to remove this outer shell so the grains are clean and ready for consumption

Flour

Our Flour is created by milling the whole grain. Nothing is removed or added to our flours, making it a complete flour.

Grains have different baking properties when used as flour.

Flakes

From field to flake, our flakes are the freshest you can get.

Our flaker uses large steel rollers to flatten the grains. There is no heat treatment, preservatives or add ins.

Refrigeration is required for your flakes to maintain a longer shelf life.
